Dave Nalle is Executive Director of the Texas Liberty Foundation, Chairman of the Center for Foreign and Defense Policy, South Central Regional Director for the Republican Liberty Caucus and an advisory board member at the Coalition to Reduce Spending and the Republican Reason Caucus. He has worked as Texas State Director for the Gary Johnson Presidential campaign, as an adviser to the Ted Cruz senatorial campaign and as Communications Director for the Travis County Republican Party. He has also consulted on many political campaigns, specializing in messaging. He served four years as National Chairman of the Republican Liberty Caucus. Before focusing on political activism, he owned or was a partner in several businesses in the publishing industry and taught college-level history for 20 years. He has written and lectured extensively on issues relating to propaganda, design history, libertarian politics, entrepreneurism, political activism, military history, economics and demography. His work has appeared in diverse publications including The Washington Times, Liberty Magazine, Whole Earth, What's Next, Renaissance Magazine and Blogcritics. Nalle received his B.A. in English and History from Franklin and Marshall College and M.A. degrees in History and English from the University of Texas where he is also ABD in History. He was a graduate fellow at the Institute for Historical Research in London.
